I’ve been using Hostens’ reseller account for a very long time, can’t remember but I’m sure it is more than 6 years. It was a good hosting unfortunately now I can’t recommend it.
Their prices were good especially for beginners and their service was above average. Slowly but progressively they raised the prices several times. That was okay to me, I understood they need to make money. But I just received my invoice and the price was 2 times compare to last year. I checked my emails, I didn’t find any notification about the price raise.
So I logged into the client area tried to contact them. As far as I remember they had good support with ticketing system. But now they only have live chat system. I started the live chat, their live chat wasn’t live. While waiting for their ‘live’ chat I tried to access my previous support tickets. They’re nowhere to be found. I remember I did ask several questions and they replied in the support tickets. Several minutes had passed, I gave up. I couldn’t sit idly waiting for their reply, I had other things to do.

their prices are ok however the renewal costs can be higher than elsewhere so you have to keep an eye on them.
Their customer service team is hit or miss. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they can be difficult to work with.

This score is for Michail from Hostens. His attention was timely, professional and prompt. However, I cannot recommend Hostens as an appropriate service for agencies and freelancers, as my experience with this company lasted only 24 hours. Resources are exaggeratedly limited. I transferred a website and the same transfer process caused the resources to be consumed, so the website was suspended for exceeding the resource limits. A bad joke. So I had no choice but to request a refund and find another provider for my clients.
